WM3PEN will operate using D-STAR!
 
WM3PEN will be on D-STAR each evening from 7-11 PM Eastern Time (2300Z-0300Z). Operations are also planned on Saturday, July 4 from 1 - 5 Eastern. (1700Z-2100Z).
In the Philadelphia area they will be on the K3PDR repeater. For others they will be on reflector Ref 063 Module B.
Contacts must be made using a radio on both ends. We are not accepting contacts using the DVDongle. DVHotspots are OK as long as the operator is talking on a radio to get to the Hotspot.
